My mission is to help you reach your nutrition or weight management goals by interpreting the science of nutrition (often confusing and complex) into a food and activity plan. I do this utilizing gentle counseling techniques.
I provide nutrition counseling based on whole foods that consist of a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, high quality protein and unsaturated fats. I believe that food is to be enjoyed and appreciated and that most foods can be a part of a healthy normal meal plan.
