Katherine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition at California State University, Northridge and her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from the same institution. She has worked extensively with physicians and psychologists in the areas of weight management, women and children health issues, and eating disorders. She has a special interest in coaching/counseling young adults and has the position of campus nutritionist at Pepperdine University Health Center in Malibu, California.
Katherine’s love of gradening and cooking has inspired her cooking classes “From Garden to Plate” which features fresh and easy meals for families.
Katherine is also a member of the following organizations:
