,,, I enjoy the one on one. I learned how to control my eating. It comes down to portion control for me. My husband and I eat out a lot and also travel and I have no problem with my food choices. I eat all my favorite foods, even pasta, and I don’t feel deprived. She has also helped me with my exercise program and I am very happy with my progress. It is also fun sharing recipes.

From the 101 north or south, exit at Lindero Canyon Rd and drive North (towards Costco)

Turn left at Thousand Oaks Blvd (four way lights)

Turn left on La Baya Drive.

Drive into the third driveway on the left side. There is a sign North Ranch Business Center.

Drive forward until you see a two-story building (31194) and park on the right side of that building.

There a four designated parking places for suite #107.
